Excellent service from Lee and Sam at Eurobrand. We were travelling a long way to view the van, so good communication beforehand was really important. Lee kept in touch throughout via WhatsApp, sending photos and videos, which gave us confidence before making the journey.As others have mentioned, Lee is extremely knowledgeable about Caravelles and was happy to answer all of our questions. The after-sales service has been excellent too. The day after we got the van, the battery unexpectedly went flat. I contacted Lee, and without any fuss he arranged for a replacement battery to be sent out on next-day delivery, which was really appreciated.We're very pleased with our purchase and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Eurobrand to anyone looking for a new van.
