I recently purchased a VW Caravelle from Lee and his Eurobrand business and I can honestly say it was the best car-buying experience I’ve ever had. From start to finish, Lee’s customer service and support were of the highest quality, nothing was too much trouble, and his communication was excellent throughout the process. What really stood out was Lee’s relaxed and no-pressure approach, which made the entire buying experience smooth, enjoyable, and stress-free. His knowledge and expertise on Caravelles are second to none and it’s clear he has a real passion for these vehicles.We opted for a higher-mileage Caravelle, but you wouldn’t know it because the van was in amazing condition with a first-class service history. It looks and drives excellent.When it came to finalising the paperwork, Sam also provided excellent customer focused support, helping to get things sorted efficiently and effectively.I would highly recommend Lee, Sam and Eurobrand. First-class service from a first-class business!

We have just picked up our Caravelle from Lee (Eurobrand) and overall have been really pleased with the service received throughout this process. As others before us, we weighed up the pros and cons of getting a van with higher miles but based on the spec and service history, and once I had seen the vans and test-drove it for myself this felt the right option for our first family van. Lee was a great help throughout, knowledgeable always happy to send videos of the vans and answer niggling question we had, he made what felt like a daunting prospect feel much calmer and more assured. Sam has been super helpful also via WhatsApp, would recommend to anyone… great buying experience!

I have just picked up my van from Lee (Euro Brand) and I can't speak highly enough of the service I received as well as the van I bought. I took a calculated risk by buying a caravelle that had quite literally covered the milage it would take to get to the moon and 20% of the return journey. Lee was super relaxed and insisted I took the van out until I was satisfied it was right for me. The drive was excellent with a service and oil change every 6 months. I checked some of the history with VW and it matched the key points, so I took the plunge. I would recommend Eurobrand to anybody looking to buy a van or other car has on sale as you get the feeling of trust and honesty as well as some good quality vehicles.

I purchased a Volkswagan Caravelle from Eurobrand (Lee) and can say the customer service i received was top class. He was friendly and very helpful throughout the whole buying process. I was in contact with Lee back and forth via phone and he sent me numerous walk around videos and forwarded any information I required along with a pre sale follow up call. The vehicle i purchased had higher miles than normal 250k+, which had an extensive service history, I was assured before viewing that the condition was immaculate and it drove as good as a lower mile vehicle and I wasn’t disappointed on the test drive. I am so happy with my purchase and had a pleasant experience with Lee and Sam in the office and would 100% deal with them again.

We purchased a Caravelle from Lee, who has always been friendly and very helpful. Excellent comunication from Lee and Sam (via email). We test drove the van on the first visit and agreed to buy it. One week later we went back to collect it after it had been given a new mot and a service. We even had a cup of tea whilst we sorted out the paperwork! A good buying experience.

I travelled from Northern Ireland to buy my first VW Caravelle. I dropped a message through the website and got a callback from Lee that same afternoon. We spoke about several Caravelles in stock and what we were looking for. I had pre-conceived hesitations about going over to England to buy a vehicle, but I found Lee to be genuinely open and straight-talking which put me more at ease. I found him to be knowledgeable and he shared his advice and recommendations. Any walk around videos we requested were sent via WhatsApp promptly. I placed a refundable holding deposit on a Caravelle and Lee gave me plenty of time to make our travel arrangements. Sam kept in touch from that point on. When we arrived into Luton, Lee offered to pay for a taxi. When we arrived at 'The Farm', my daughter and I, were greated by Sam with a friendly welcome, tea and biscuits. We met Lee who had the Caravelle ready for us. A refreshed MOT as well, as we were travelling 'a long way'. We had a good look around the vehicle and took it for a decent test drive. Everything was as described and I felt the price was fair. All transactions, change of ownership, road tax etc. were completed within 15 mins. Within no time we were driving up the road home. Thanks again to Lee and Sam at Eurobrand, for a positive experience.
