Returning customer, was impressed that Lee remembered me from 8 years ago! Decided to upgrade, and was given a fair price. It is so refreshing to deal with a genuine car dealer that knows his Caravelles. I can highly recommend Eurobrand.

It was 9 of April when I visited this guy. Traveled from Crewe all the way down to Ware for one of his caddy. But when I got there it was not what I expected. In side the car outside was okay. But when I took a look at under the car. It was like a 2000 year car not 2017. Any way didn’t bought the car and left. Plus spent about £120 on train ticket. So before visiting make sure to ask for pics.

In response to your review: You told me on the phone you were trade, and you were offered a £1500 discount trade price. You only came to view the vehicle, as I was away on holiday. You then tried to bid my secretary £2000 less than the offered price for repairs - which turned out to be £65. Buyers like you I do not need. Also, why does your number no longer exist????

Dealing with car dealers can be stressful, but the whole process of interacting with the Eurobrand team has been easy. They are a well rehearsed dealership that makes it an enjoyable process.

If I could give it -1 I would worst experience ever in 40 years driving buying a car Range Rover * Personal information removed by Feefo * car was described by Lee as great condition well the car needed over £5000 of work needing done we have the reports to prove this. and we were out nearly £600 in expenses that Lee had promoted to give some of it back never saw a penny would never deal with Lee or Eurobrand again the only positive point was Tony who owned the garage next door he tried his best to help worst experience ever Worst experience ever. Sold car with all these faults. Over £5000 of faults. 1* is too good should be negative 5. Complete shambles - Land Rover Evoque. LandRover dealership plus a specialist Land Rover dealership both gave reports on this car which Lee didn't want. Reports can be seen: faults as follows needing fixed -timing belt needing replaced this was recom by garage that serviced car at 70000 in 2020 and 2021 not done, ,Haldex pump, drone trom rear dift output bearing, cv joint worn clicking when cornering, discs pitted and new brake pads needed . All tyres side walls cracking needing replaced. Tyres over 10 yr old, Heatshield rotten, brake discs pitted, drive shaft insecure, two wheel drive only warning light on continuously. Service due, front offside cv needs replaced, windscreen chipped. Cannot believe Lee thinks this is acceptable and could be fixed for £160 when Land Rover themselves have given reports. Shocking and impossible that Lee knew I wanted a 4 wheel drive to get through winter in Scotland . All we wanted was a reliable car for our disabled children to be comfortable and safe in over winter. Absolutely disgusted with Lee selling us this heap and putting us through an ordeal. There is no way he didn’t know about these issues. Lee the owner should hang his head in shame - no one would go to the length of leaving a review like this but I’m afraid we had no option when we saw this car listed again. Get it checked to make sure all the faults have been fixed before you buy this car !!!!

Bought my burstner camper van from Lee at Eurobrand. I got to say what a great guy he made the whole experience very easy. Camper was as described he had a new mot and service ready for my collection.

Lee is an old school gentleman. I purchased a Blue Mercedes V Class which had previously had a disabled lift in the rear (I spotted the badge of a converter on the rear). I asked him if he still had the lift. He did, and put it back in the Mercedes for me. He let me test drive the Mercedes for as long as I wanted and therefore my daughter planned a route on both country roads and dual carriageways so that we could test out the vehicle properly. Yes there were some warning lights on when we looked at the car; these were all fixed as part of the MOT. I am a lucky man with 8 cars. This has now become my daily driver. Even better than that, Lee makes a great cup of tea.

An excellent experience. From the first call I made to Eurobrand, Lee's level of service put other dealers in the shade. He is a Caravelle expert and made it very easy to purchase our 4Motion Caravelle from. If you need a second hand Caravelle, make sure you speak to Lee!!

Tremendous service from start to finish. Lee is hugely knowledgeable and passionate about Caravelle's and offered a 5 star service through the entire purchase experience. Could not recommend more highly
