We have had a great car buying experience with Lee and Sam at Euro Brand. We have been looking at their fleet for some months and finally took the plunge this January. We were made to feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Lee and Sam were very generous with ther time. we were shown a variety of vehicles and given as much time as we needed to test drive different vans, tinker with seats//tailgates/settings, and ask queastions. There was absolutely no pressure, and we felt totally relaxed. Once we had settled on the right vehicle (a Caravelle), we were able to make changes to the spec (wheels etc) and collected the van a few weeks later. Post collection Lee and Sam have both been very generous with their time helping us out with our post purchase questions, ensuring we are absolutely happy, and overall it has been a very satisfying and relaxed car buying experience. Highly recommended.

Can’t believe this company is getting genuine 5 star reviews had a very unpleasant and costly experience with Lee the owner full of excuses soI will never again trust someone describing a vehicle that was not roadworthy

I enquired about a car for sale. I spoke to Lee and he was knowledgeable and keen to go through the cars history. I put a deposit down and planned to view the car the next day. Sam was dealing with me now and kept me updated through out the day and even booked it in for an MOT.On the day I was due to view the car Sam let me know the MOT was done and a time was arranged.The premises where the car was located was stunning as was the newly valeted car. Sam met me and let me look over the car, once I was satisfied Sam sorted all the paperwork out.Overall I was very happy with my experience. It was genuine and no pressure. The communication and customer service was excellent, at all times I was updated and ultimately the car was exactly as described and had 12 months MOT and fuel in the tank.
